A woman named Stephanie checked me into a hotel yesterday and asked me for my recipe.
This is it.

EAT

The method. The movement. The recipe.

EAT BYTHE CLOCK

20 hours off. 4 hours on. No dieting, no calorie counting, no banned foods. Just the clock — and it changes everything.

The Only Rule

No calories for 20 hours.
Everything else is yours.

No meal planning. No calorie counting. No cutting the foods you love. Just don't consume calories for 20 hours a day — that's the whole recipe.

How It Works

Three steps.
That's the whole thing.

01
Pick your window

Choose any 4-hour stretch that works for your life. Afternoon, evening, whatever. It doesn't have to be the same time every day.

02
Protect the 20

For 20 hours, no calories. Water, black coffee, plain tea — all good. That's the one thing you're strict about. Just one thing.

03
Eat whatever you want

In your window, eat freely. No guilt, no math, no banned foods. Your body knows what to do. Trust it — I promise.

I'm not an expert.
I'm the guy it worked for.

I've struggled with my weight my whole life. Tried everything. Nothing stuck — until I stumbled into something at 2pm on a regular workday and something just clicked.

I started eating in a small window every day. Not because a doctor told me to. Not because I read it in a book. Just because it felt right. The weight started dropping. The brain fog lifted. The energy came back.

Yesterday a woman named Stephanie — with the most wonderful accent — checked me into a hotel and asked me what my recipe was. I told her. She wrote it down. That's why this website exists.

I'm not here to sell you anything. If everyone felt as good as I do right now, the world would be a wildly better place. That's the whole reason.

Who Is This For

Men. Women.
Every age.

For Men

This method works extremely well for men. Research shows men tend to get a metabolic boost during fasting — your body naturally ramps up fat burning. The 20-hour fast fits naturally with how the male body handles energy. Most men feel results within the first week — more energy, less bloat, weight dropping without trying. Start with the full 20 hours. Your body can handle it.

For Women

Women can absolutely do this — but your body is more sensitive to fasting than a man's. Research shows women's bodies are wired to protect energy reserves, especially around hormones and reproductive health. The honest advice: start with a 14-16 hour fast instead of the full 20, and work your way up. Listen to your body. If you feel exhausted, anxious, or your cycle changes — ease back. Done right, this works beautifully for women. Done too aggressively, it can backfire. Go gentler at first.

Your 20s & 30s

Your metabolism is fast and your body is adaptable. You can jump straight into the full 20-hour fast and your body will adjust quickly. This is also the best time to build the habit for life — the earlier you start eating by the clock, the easier everything gets as you age.

Your 40s & 50s

This is where the method shines brightest — and where most people need it most. Metabolism slows down in your 40s and 50s. Hormones shift. Weight starts landing in new places. Time-restricted eating is one of the most researched tools for fighting exactly this. Men: jump in. Women in perimenopause: start at 14-16 hours and be patient. Your body is going through a transition — work with it, not against it.

60s & Beyond

Yes, this works for older adults — research backs it up. But the priority shifts from weight loss to overall health, energy, and mental clarity. Ease into it gently. Start with 12-14 hours and build up slowly. Make sure you're eating enough protein in your window to protect muscle mass — that becomes more important the older you get. And please, talk to your doctor first. This is especially important at this stage.

The honest truth: This is one regular guy's experience. It worked for me and I believe it can work for you — but every body is different. Always talk to your doctor before making changes to how you eat, especially if you have any health conditions, are pregnant, or are on medication. This is not medical advice. It's just what worked for me.
